As we embark on heroic EN.

To describe the situation we are in in regards of raiding. We are doing great in regards of progress, we are steadily bringing bosses down and we keep pushing ourselves for greatness. Im proud of you all. As we embark on heroic EN we are gonna have some criteria as for who we want to tag along. Seeing as Heroic is quite a difference from normal we need to make sure people actually check the differences from normal to heroic, and there are quite a few differences. Learn them. Check vids or read up on it, its more boring than playing the game YES but its important for our overall progress in there. The more you know, the less inclined you are to make silly mistakes and wiping the rest of us. On heroic we cannot carry you, on heroic we cannot read the tachs for you. We need to make sure you carry yourself and that you are doing your absolute best, this requires focus while we raid this requires you are prepared with the mats. As we have a few ppl farming for flask and food we cannot keep up to the demand. So make sure you have a own storage of flasks and pots and food. It is expensive aye but we have people in the guild who can make most of it for you if you have the mats.

If you as DPS die during a fight, we most likely wipe as we saw on Nythandra, the rest wont carry you. So know the fight and be sure not to stand in stuff that is on the ground. For that purpose I wish everyone get GTFO, Deadly Bossmods or Bigwigs.
If you are a healer that die, the rest of the healers will have to carry you even tho Zanden is a god he cannot carry on heroic. So same applies to you make sure you dont do stupid stuff and stand in unnecessary stuff on the ground. Ask the other raiders what addons they use. Be proactive, read the warnings and make sure you move accordingly.
Heroic is a clear step up and since it is im gonna demand that if you want a spot as DPSer your DPS should be a minimum and steadily of 180k+. We saw on Nythandra that anything less was a wipe due to the enraged timer. Same applies for Ursoc and other bosses. If the dps is to low we cannot survive the mechanics. That said we require our healers to step up aswell. Looking at healing done and overhealing done there is a line we need to meet. Meening that we need more proactive heals, what I meen by that is when a group needs to move from taking damage this should have been seen and allready be starting to be healed.

If you as healer or DPS dont have this nailed down yet dont be dissuaded. We still do normals and we will clear this each week. Train on the mechanics there and get the gear to increase your dps and perfect your rotation, get to know your class this expansion. Im only going to ask people who are certain they are up for the task to come to heroic. If you feel you are up for the challenge you are more than welcome to try. If we see that mechanics or DPS or heals is a problem for you we are just gonna ask that you sit this out until you meet our current demands. We want everyone to experience heroic but we cannot carry you there as we are still progressing there. Be sure and be prepared its all I ask and we will monitor your progress. For some the normal content is still hard since it is all new this expansion, train through it and become confident and know your class.
