As of right now (7.0.3) Fire and Arcane are the two viable raid specs. With Fire slightly above Arcane.

The stat priority for a Fire Mage is:

1. Critical Strike; (1.30)
2. Intellect; (1.00)
3. Mastery; (0.76) * As the value of Mastery rapidly inflates with number of targets, it is still recommended that you focus stacking it after Critical Strike.
4. Versatility. (0.84)
5. Haste; (0.81)

The stat priority for an Arcane Mage is:

1. Intellect; (1.00)
2. Versatility; (0.78)
3. Critical Strike; (0.76)
4. Haste; (0.75)
5. Mastery. (0.71)

All 4 secondary stats are very close in value for Arcane. So always focus on Ilvl when upgrading your gear.

The stat priority for a Frost Mage is:

Rank Value

1. Intellect; (1.00)
2. Haste; (0.95)
3. Critical Strike; (0.91)
4. Versatility; (0.79)
5. Mastery. (0.57)

Crit is better then haste in AoE heavy encounters.
